How does the availability notification work?
You have found an item in our online shop and it is sold out? Click on the item to go to the item detail page. Select your desired size and click on "Request size". Enter your e-mail address and click on "send". As soon as the item is available again, you will receive an e-mail with a direct link to your desired item. You can also find a detailed description in the video above.
How quickly will an item be restocked if it is not currently available?
We make every effort to replenish stock quickly, but unfortunately we cannot give an exact time when an item will be available again due to several influencing factors.
Can I be sure that an item will be available again?

How fast do I have to order after I have received the availability notification?

Is the item completely sold out if I didn't order quickly enough after being notified and it then becomes unavailable again?
Not necessarily. There is a possibility that the item will become available again in your desired size.
Can I unsubscribe from the availability notification?
Unfortunately, that is not possible.
Does the notification function still exist, even if the item was out of stock again when I visited the online shop?
No, the notification function expires. If you are still interested in your desired item, please activate a new notification as described above.
